Da Truth is a clothing and accessories brand based on an upcycling concept and

Da Truth cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or external events.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date
receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the unique nature of Da Truth pieces:
- No exchanges are possible
- Each piece is unique; therefore, no substitution of size or model is possible.
Returns are accepted only under the statutory right of withdrawal, subject to
that the product be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. REFUND
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund is processed within a certain timeframe.

10. RESPONSIBILITY
Da Truth cannot be held responsible:
- damage resulting from misuse of the product
- delays or losses related to carriers
- minor differences between the visuals and the final product
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Da Truth website (texts, images, videos, design, logo, visual identity)
is protected by intellectual property law.
12. PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is used solely for order processing.
They are neither sold nor given away to third parties.
The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
